Pipe fittings are available in various materials and different shapes and grades. Even if the material is the same the grade differentiates the properties. Hastelloy Pipe Fittings is one such type of fitting that can be welded using gas metal arc, gas tungsten arc, or shielded metal arc. Cold worked parts of  ASTM B366 UNS N06022 can be re-annealed for optimum resistance to corrosion. ASTM B366 UNS N06022 Material work hardens rapidly that generates heat during cutting. Because of its high shear strength,it also offers high resistance to metal removal. Hastelloy Forged Fittings also resist crevice corrosion and pitting in reducing environments.

Alloy C22 Pipe Bends are used to turn the pipe in the desired direction and contain chromium that helps in resisting oxidization. Hastelloy C22 Fittings are also said to resist stress related corrosion cracking. Alloy C-276 Fittings are widely used in food processing equipment, pickling components, plate heat exchangers, and sulfur oxide cooling towers. Furthermore,  Hastelloy Buttweld Fittings are also used in marine and nuclear processing,heat exchangers, chemical processing, and sulfonating systems. Hastelloy Elbow is therefore used in high temperature applications.
